Household Manager Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized household manager to perform various home related and administrative functions. The household manager will be responsible for supervising and managing daily activities to ensure the properties are operating smoothy. Occasional house sitting and pet sitting is required. Occasional commuting to various properties (approx. 2 hours' drive) is also required.
Household functions include:
· Pet care/ sitting
· House sitting
· Grocery shopping
· Other shopping (gifts, household goods, clothes etc.)
· Vehicle maintenance (drive to wash/detail, gas, appointments etc.)
· Errands (picking up lunch, prescriptions, dry cleaning etc.)
· School pick-ups
· Household organizing (pantries, closets, cabinets etc.)
Administrative functions include:
· Scheduling and overseeing contractors (including home repair and maintenance appointments)
· Organizing and submitting receipts to book keeping monthly
· Scheduling appointments (vet, groomer, dentists etc.)
· Making travel arrangements
· Making restaurant reservations
· Answering phone calls and emails
· Planning and coordinating events and parties
· Calendar management
To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills:

· Self-starter/ takes initiative
· Introductory experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
