White Horse Village (WHV),a retirement community located in Newtown Square, PA is seeking to add Housekeepers to our team! White Horse Village is an active senior living community offering a full range of living options and healthcare services. - The housekeepers are eligible to receive a sign on bonus, stay bonus, and referral bonus, annual increase, and end of year bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Attends monthly meetings and training sessions as scheduled
- Cleans all assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follows the ten step cleaning procedure
- Seeks out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete
- Completes all tasks assigned by your supervisor.
- Responds to a paging system in the appropriate manner
- Completes job of Floor tech/Porter (As directed)
- Completes job of Laundry worker (As directed)
- Follows all duty lists
- Collects and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
- Dusts, mops, and damp mops floors following procedures as assigned
- Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement
- Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our patients, visitors and staff
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
