We are currently looking for Full-Time Housekeepers/Custodians to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Hermitage Hall is one of Middle Tennessee’s largest stand-alone psychiatric residential treatment Hospitals. Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for children and youth, Hermitage Hall has provided services to families for over 30 years.
Located southwest of downtown Nashville, off I-65 at the Wedgewood exit, away from the congestion of downtown Nashville, our team of over 130 high quality employees describe working here as family oriented, therapeutic, value clarifying.
JOB SUMMARY
The custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of Hermitage Hall buildings. Cleans offices, staff bathrooms, administrative and any other area where needed. Supervises and instructs residents in the proper method and degree of cleaning, inspects and insures cleanliness of units and common areas. May supervise the resident work crew in the cleaning of the common areas of the building and grounds as well as special projects. Must be able to work in a team with other housekeeping employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma (or equivalency). Minimum of 2 years cleaning experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
