We're looking for a reliable Supervisor to join our team and provide excellent customer service. To ensure the Housekeeping Department. runs seamlessly and its staff feels supported, the supervisor supports the housekeepers while also assisting Department Managers with daily operations and tasks. The role involves helping organize/stock inventory items to maintain necessary levels as well organizing offices for optimal functioning. Ensures a clean and comfortable environment for guests

• Supervise housekeepers and inspectors on daily assignments and ensure all work is completed at Gold Crown standards.
• Support Management and staff for daily completion of work.
• Clean/Inspect units when/as needed.
• Work with Housekeeping Manager(s) and office staff for daily organization, and task streamlining.
• Maintain an organized and cooperative work environment.
• Weekly stocking of housekeeping closets the day prior to VO turnover.
• Organize and prepare Housekeeping Office Linen Room each Tuesday afternoon to be prepared for the weekend.
• Ability to work weekends
