We are currently seeking a diligent and environmentally-conscious individual to join our janitorial team at our Brockport location at a senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming and maintaining clean common area spaces within the senior living complex as well as cleaning individual units. In addition, this candidate would be responsible for turnover cleaning of units which would include some deep cleaning including bathrooms, kitchens, cabinets, appliances, windows, etc. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with a strong commitment to completing a wide range of tasks. A positive attitude, good work ethic and strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain common area spaces in our buildings in a clean and tidy manner.
• Keep work areas in good condition and alert supervisors to maintenance issues.
• Clean and stock restrooms with cleaning supplies and other items needed to keep them clean.
• Complete clean of vacant units after tenant leaves.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Preferred experience with working with senior population.
• Background check required
• 1-2 years experience in cleaning preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.75 per hour
