North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) Bowling Green, MO 63334
An opening exists for a full-time Housing Assistance Counselor for the Agency’s Section 8 Housing Program, working out of the NECAC Center in Bowling Green. Primary focus is to provide service assistance to private housing landlords and guidance counseling to low and moderate income families, elderly and handicapped clients in the multi-county area. Will also develop and recruit new landlords, process and certify new tenant applicants, and do clerical and administrative duties. Starting salary of $16.70 per hour. A valid driver license and a reliable and insured vehicle are required. NECAC provides continuous training and offers an excellent benefit package, including Agency paid premium health insurance with dental and vision, exceptional Agency contributed 401(k) retirement plan, 13 paid holidays and accumulative vacation and sick days.
Our hours have changed and are now Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Background check and drug screening required (Marijuana not tested for).
