This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Culture Communication Expert. You will support bringing the Classic and Varian organizations together from a DEI & Culture perspective.

The main areas of responsibility are the:

• Translation of the existing DEI & Culture strategy into existing and new communication channels by developing a communication campaign.
• Integrating the Varian business area into existing ERGs (employee resource groups), identifying and analyzing cultural gaps, and providing integration proposals to existing DEI councils
• Providing communications consultation, advice, guidance, and support to employee networks, employee resources groups, and colleagues driving DEI
• Develops DEI & Culture communication material and support for the combined organization

Experience/Expertise:

• 5-7 years of deep professional know-how and experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in DEI-related communications, employee, and leadership communications
• Strong digital communications acumen
• Transfers and applies know-how to/in various contexts
• Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence
• Process improvement experience preferred
• Copywriting/ copy editing skills preferred
• Experiences in social media communications (i.e. Linked In, Facebook, etc.)
• Tools skills: Graphic Design Software, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Yammer,

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
