Description
The HR Compliance Analyst will ensure consistent practices with all policies, documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, and ensure data consistency in the HRIS. The Human Resources Compliance Specialist is responsible for HR compliance throughout the organization, ensuring ongoing compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and supporting internal and external audits. The position will have accountability for on-going objectives including, I-9 compliance, file management, HR Policy and HR data integrity
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 3 years Human Resource experience
- 1 years of project management experience
- A minimum of 1 year HR compliance background
- Extensive MS Excel, and spreadsheet creation experience required
- Previous Compliance and or Auditing Experience
Preferred Experience:
- 1 year HR Compliance background in healthcare
- Experience in a non-profit, healthcare, and/or multi-location employer preferred
