Advance Services is hiring an HR Coordinator/Recruiter for one of our clients in Reinbeck, IA. The HR Coordinator/Recruiter position is an exciting opportunity for an organized professional with a sense of urgency to reach goals. The primary responsibilities of this role include maintaining and building a positive relationship with our customer. As well as complete full-cycle recruiting and management of employees to fulfill the needs of our customer.

Previous recruting, retail or customer service experence is a great skill set for this position. We will train the right person!

What you will do:

· Effectively utilize recruiting practices to identify and hire quality candidates to fulfill the needs of our clients.

· Facilitate an application and hiring paperwork depending on the Client's needs and wants.

· Provide helpful customer service to applicants and customers
