The Diagnostic Group is part of the Diagnostics Division and is seeking a HR/TA Coordinator to join our team in the Eden Prairie, Minnesota office. This position has flexibility to a hybrid role with days working in the office and working remotely.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all coordination of the recruiting and onboarding function, tracking and updating requisition log, moving candidates through Applicant Tracking System, ensures new hire is accurately and timely entered hired into HRIS.
  • Accountable to fully understand and apply position management requirements within HRIS, develop job descriptions utilizing data within HRIS ensuring FMLA compliance, market data knowledge and incumbent employee information to determine salary and position requirements.
  • Collaborates with HR Director and HR/TA Team supporting data report requests, identifies data integrity issues/concerns and leads the team to correct and avoid data errors, responsible for HR project collaboration and completion.
  • Leads the pre-boarding of candidates including initiation of pre-employment checks, new hire paperwork as required.
  • Compiles all job requisition documentation and closes file and job; responsible to ensure all documentation is collected and maintained in electronic library, maintains all employee records.
  • Provides Payroll with accurate documentation to ensure new employee record is accurate and complete within systems, processes employment actions and ensures information is shared as needed.
  • Responsible to track candidates and report out during Recruiting calls with respective businesses and stakeholders.
  • Reviews and approves employee record changes within HR system.
  • Supports business requests for Attestation and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a coordination role with a strong understanding of the recruiting and HR functions
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems
  • Customer service attitude and ability to remain organized, follow processes and document actions to maintain compliance.
  • MicroSoft Office, online recruitment tools, computer aptitude. Previous experience with HRIS software such as People Central, ADP and iCims a plus.
  • US citizenship required, with potential for limited travel in the US.
