Job Summary:

The HR Generalist/Recruiter will provide daily HR support, including recruitment, employee relations and performance management support to all salaried and hourly Headquarters’ employees throughout the US. In addition, the HR Generalist/Recruiter will partner with managers by planning and executing strategic HR initiatives that support the business. This position reports to the Manager of Human Resources.

Essential Functions:

• Lead staffing initiatives for Headquarters Group and provide support to all field HR Managers in their staffing activities.
• Consult with managers to develop an accurate plan of resourcing requirements and conduct staffing initiatives in an efficient and effective manner.
• Manages Affirmative Action plans across the company.
• Advise and consult with managers, supervisors and staff on employee relation matters (ie: coaching, counseling, corrective action).
• Provide insight and support to managers in the performance management processes.
• Interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate managers and staff on HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent practice throughout the organization.
• Assist with employment separations and conduct exit interviews.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of successful Human Resources experience with at least two years recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Strong analytical abilities and organization skills.
