Essential Functions:


  • Collects and prepares critical information for projects, tasks, and daily assignments for use in discussions, meetings, retreats, and/or conferences for the executive and senior leaders of human resources
  • Coordinates HR projects and HR activities to ensure all projects remain on schedule and all deadlines are met
  • Handles a high level of confidential information and requests from internal and external partners and disseminates information to the appropriate parties involved
  • Collaborate with the Assistant to the CEO to submit HR information in the monthly Parker Report newsletter
  • Assist with HR organizational special events such as the annual celebration of service, employee engagement events, recognition events, health and wellness, etc.
  • Assists with updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures to support the HR team’s strategic goals
  • Attends HR leadership meetings and takes minutes of meetings to assist in documenting special projects or programs throughout the human resources department
  • Assist with planned HR hiring events as needed
  • Participate in cross department teams as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Job Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources, or related field required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Two or more (2+) years hands on administrative support and project coordination experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exhibit high-level customer service at all levels
  • High-level attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with others, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to establish work priorities and coordinate multiple projects and demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
