Summary

As a member of our Human Resources team, the Recruitment Manager will lead our staff recruitment efforts through thoughtful and planned strategies to attract and retain our industry’s top talent in a competitive market. The Recruitment Manager will evaluate and implement processes for advertising, screening, and onboarding that efficiently and effectively meet program needs for quality staffing, based on agency data and industry trends. Your organizational, problem solving, creativity, and professional communication skills will be showcased as you build connections with community partners leading to lasting avenues for staff recruitment as well as develop employee retention strategies.

HR Recruitment Manager Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Review and design recruitment procedures that meet changing organizational needs
  • Train and supervise agency recruiters
  • Track recruitment and retention metrics to inform HR operations and compliance with federal equal opportunity employment regulations
  • Participate as a team member in screening, interviews, and all onboarding activities including New Hire Orientation
  • Develop community partners in areas of staffing needs for both active and passive recruitment
  • Plan and implement employee engagement and retention programs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 year of related work experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and proactive problem solving
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Valid NJ Driver’s license
  • Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Willingness to meet NJ Executive Order 252, which requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including a booster; at minimum one dose is required to begin employment with the expectation to complete subsequent doses as per recommended time frames; this requirement may be waived only in exceptional circumstances as outlined in the law.
