Seeking an experienced Tax Credit/HUD Property Manager for an apartment community in West Palm Beach, FL. The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to associates at the assigned property. They mentor and ensure all associates support the corporate mission and understand their role in achieving these established goals while providing excellent customer service to residents. They must also be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Looking for someone with previous property management experience. Experience in HUD and Tax Credit highly preferred. HS Diploma and valid driver's license are required.
