HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR
This position requires solid Human Resource experience combined with strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, decision making skills and the ability to work well with others. Candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Recruiting or related fields. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Responsibilities:
Switchboard and greeting visitors
Recruiting and processing of new employees
Maintain Employee files / Driver DOT files
Monitor Online Compliance Websites
Track and organize training
