Essential Job Duties
- Provides front-line support and guidance to employees, the team, and the general public ensuring accurate collection and dissemination of information.
- Assists Human Resources staff and applicants in the processing of employment applications.
- Supports the new hire orientation process.
- Receive and process incoming mail (including internal and external, paper and electronic), updating the appropriate team members and ensuring completion.
- Creates and maintains accurate human resource files, including personnel, medical and occupational health.
- Support employment verifications and employee documentation requests.
- Promote and maintain positive community relations through a good working relationship with all employees and outside agencies.
- Organizes and disseminates payroll documents biweekly.
- Complete special projects as assigned by Director of Human Resources.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all human resources information.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
A candidate for this position must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Experience in an office setting with administrative skills preferred, including Microsoft Office. Internal training will be provided.
