We are growing our Human Resources team and have a new opening for our first Human Resources Business Partner to help develop, plan, and implement various HR initiatives such as compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Responsibilities:Be responsible for HR initiatives from a strategic and operational perspective including the following:
  • Support and train managers on employment law requirements and ensure appropriate guidelines are followed.
  • Manage compensation questions as well as the annual review, succession planning, and salary increase process.
  • Participate in and/or manage HR-related projects.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Manage the performance management process.
  • Participate in workforce planning, organizational growth strategies, and change management.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment and retention metrics for operational improvement and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
  • HR Certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM)
  • 5+ plus minimum years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience with Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employment Law, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development.
  • Experience leading/managing projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a high degree of personal credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to put HR initiatives in the context of corporate strategy.
  • Must be an advocate for improving our diversity, equity, and inclusion culture.
  • Ability to proactively and independently problem solve.

  • Strong business acumen and experience working with a variety of activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-confidence that is balanced with empathy and the ability to influence in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Ability to maintain established standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion, integrity, and maturity.
NEWPRO OFFERS:
  • Base salary of $70,000-$75,000 per annum.
