Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager in New York City!

The Human Resources Manager will provide planning, project coordination, and management in areas of the Human Resources Department such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Labor Relations, and Affirmative Action.

Key Functions Include:

  • Communicate and administer HR policies and procedures, providing day to day guidance to Management and staff on recruitment, employee relations and all HR issues.
  • Manage the hiring process by ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained, and review all HR paperwork for corporate and branch personnel.
  • Communicate employee status changes to appropriate departments as needed including Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll and IT.
  • Manage all new hire, transfer, promotion and termination letters.
  • Process the annual EEOC, Affirmative Action and OSHA Logs.
  • Manage all updates to Handbook, job description, org charts and update forms directory when applicable.
  • Organize and conduct training including New Hire Orientation, Annual Mandatory Employee and Specialty Training.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Manage and review all Annual Performance Evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate; business degree preferred.
  • Five to eight years of human resource experience in a comparably sized company.
  • Experience with HRIS systems. Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.

Proof of COVID vaccination required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 5 years (Required)
  • HRIS: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
