Job Description:

Focus on customer satisfaction, technician quality services, and achieving company service objectives. Major responsibilities include:

• Receiving customer phone requests for service.
• Selecting and dispatching appropriate service technician.
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers and technicians.
• Ordering parts/tools from supply house for technicians.
• Issuing computer generated purchase orders for technicians.
• Processing monthly preventative maintenance reports.
• Track contracts to ensure conformity to agreement.
• Input technician labors hours to computer for payroll purposes.
• Maintain all files of Service Contracts, Work Tickets, quoted jobs
• Coordinates activities with Service Supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer skills, particularly keyboard manipulation.
• Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Some overtime is expected
• Exposure to heating and air conditioning industry helpful but not necessary.
• Purchasing Experience.
