The HVAC Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the HVAC Operations Manager and is primarily responsible to prioritize, direct, and supervise all Maintenance Technicians as well as complete quality assurance and satisfaction calls to customers. They will also be responsible for providing; maintenance call process training, technical training, technical support in the field, handling escalated customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with the company’s core values and service essentials.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and achieves all sales and lead generation goals.
• Conducts training with Maintenance Techs on the maintenance call process.
• Provides technical expertise to Maintenance Techs in the field.
• Leads weekly Maintenance Tech Meetings.
• Facilitates Maintenance technician career development.
• Conducts weekly 1 on 1’s with direct reports.
• Manages Maintenance Technician key performance indicators.
• Recruit and retain the budgeted number of maintenance technicians.

Required Education and Experience

• Must have two (2) years HVAC experience
• Must have the ability to train others.
• Must have valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Acceptable criminal background check

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
