Affordable Housing, Leasing Training Coordinator & Boston Post (Property Manager) (MRI software) subject matter expert needed for Property Management Company in Annapolis, MD.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

· Support software users from field and corporate teams (140 end users) in use of various software platforms (especially Boston Post/MRI)

- I.T. & Software general knowledge and trouble shooting ability will be critical to success.

· Support, trouble shoot and set up new users in software programs such as Boston Post, GraceHill, MS Teams, Callmax, First Advantage, Rent Payment, HALP, etc.

· Conduct trainings for new and existing property managers in affordable housing leasing and use of Boston Post Property Manager software (now MRI).

· Set up new properties in Boston Post (leasing and tenant software) in a correct and timely manner.

· Assist accounting team in researching issues related to Boston Post and the transfer of information between Boston Post and Intacct.

· Manage and address issues related to software errors and other user mistakes.

· Complete support requests submitted through HALP, email and via phone.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
