Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish the layout for all nurses’ immigration files
- Maintain a detailed electronic file for every nurse
- Process all government paperwork for the immigrant visa application from recruitment to the embassy interview
- Ensures all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Secure Visa Screens for candidates
- Partner and work with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), National Visa Center (NVC), the Department of Labor (DoL), and U.S. embassies around the world
- Communicate with each nurse throughout their process
- Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Immigration Specialist or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and written/verbal interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail. Aptitude in problem-solving
- Ability to professionally and confidentially handle personal information
