Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish the layout for all nurses’ immigration files
  • Maintain a detailed electronic file for every nurse
  • Process all government paperwork for the immigrant visa application from recruitment to the embassy interview
  • Ensures all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Secure Visa Screens for candidates
  • Partner and work with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), National Visa Center (NVC), the Department of Labor (DoL), and U.S. embassies around the world
  • Communicate with each nurse throughout their process
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Immigration Specialist or relevant role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and written/verbal interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail. Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Ability to professionally and confidentially handle personal information
