Das E-Commerce WMS pixi ist eine Software zur Auftragsabwicklung, mit der schnell wachsende Online-Händler, Direct-to-Consumer Brands & Fulfillment-Anbieter weltweit ihren Kunden ein außergewöhnliches Einkaufserlebnis bieten. pixi ist Teil der Descartes Systems Group (Nasdaq: DSGX, TSX: DSG), dem weltweit führenden Hersteller von Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Supply Chain- und Logistik-Lösungen.

Das Aufgabenspektrum dieser Position umfasst:

• Planung und Durchführung von Implementierungsprojekten
• Aufnahme und Analyse der Kundenanforderungen
• Aufsetzen und Konfigurieren der Software nach Kundenwunsch
• Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
• Bearbeiten von Serviceaufträgen (Anpassen des Systems, Erstellen von Datenbankauszügen, Gestaltung von Rechnungsdokumenten etc.)
• Anpassen von Schnittstellen im XML-Format
• Implementierung von Lösungen direkt bei Kunden vor Ort sowie zukünftig vorwiegend Remote-Installationen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen, insbesondere dem Produktmanagement

Was du mitbringst:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d)) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Begeisterungsfähigkeit und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
• Selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
• Reisebereitschaft
