As a Tribute Secure Caregiver, you'll receive:

• A paycheck you can depend on. Our salaried program eliminates the financial uncertainty associated with per diem home care work. In return for committing to set availability, you will get paid for at least 40 hours/week, even if we don’t have 40 hours of work to offer you.
• Overtime opportunities. Like all Tribute caregiver associates, you will still be eligible for overtime pay when you work more than 40 hours in a week.

Requirements:

• CNA, HHA OR equivalent experience providing direct care.
• Warmth, compassion, patience, trustworthiness, an upbeat and confident personality, a strong work ethic, and a customer-service orientation.
• CPR certification
• A negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Vaccinated against COVID-19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons.
