In-Home Caregiver - Detroit (New February 2023) Job at A Better Care Group
If helping people comes second nature to you, you might be ready for a career as an in-home care provider. Our providers, also known as caregivers or personal care aides, assist the sick, injured, mentally or physically disabled, or the elderly and fragile. We offer full-time and part-time flexible schedules, bi-weekly direct deposit payroll, and more.
As an in-home care provider, you will be working in the client's home and assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, and some housework. Some caregivers help clients make and keep appointments with doctors, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion for their clients.
The natural skills needed for this position are patience and reliability. Our providers must also enroll in the Community Health Automated Medicaid Processing System (CHAMPS).
