Job Duties including:
- Provide client care according to a approved Plan of Care
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Provide transportation as required
- Assist in providing a safe environment for client
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
Requirements include:
- 6 months to1 year experience as a caregiver or HHA or CNA
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable car / auto insurance
Prior to your first assignment you will need to provide the following prior to your first assignment:
- CPR (AHA or ARC preferred)
- Negative TB Results within the last year
