Home Care CNA duties will involve personal contact and interaction with varying participant population. Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Providing personal care to participants.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, transferring, and lifting.
- Reporting any change in status to Agency Supervisor.
- Helping with meal preparation and feeding.
- Completing basic housekeeping functions.
- Documenting services provided and participant condition in Electronic Health Record or as directed.
- Working in POSP’s Adult Day Center when needed.
- Participating in On Call rotation for weekdays and weekends.
