Job Summary: Reporting to the Sales – Territory Manager, you will actively manage your pipeline to ensure you meet required sales to install pull-through expectations. You will receive fully qualified leads and also develop your customer base. You will collaborate with other internal sales professionals and work with your manager to build-out strategic plans to ensure your success. You are responsible for managing a customer base, sales resources, products and channels to market to achieve results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding Sales and Gross Profit goals through effective sales presentations.
  • Utilize leads to positively represent the company and develop relationships with customers.
  • Develop and proactively manage customer pipeline, identifying barriers as well as creative solutions to overcome barriers. Work with your manager to develop structure and routines to achieve results as well as a ‘top-notch’ customer experience.
  • Positively represent the company in the marketplace, including customer visits, at industry trade shows and strategic events.
  • Drive key internal relationships by building trust through active, positive communications while driving toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, 5-7 years of experience preferred, in a similar Sales role where you have utilized different Sales techniques and customer relations skills with a focus on closing.
  • Passionate, Professional and Self-Motivated are a must!
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and ability to present to all levels of the company, as well as customers.
