Job Summary/Purpose
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer portfolio to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues. Serves as the primary interface for all products and services and creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Is responsible for supporting both sales and service responsibilities and will own all aspects of the customer relationship.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Negotiate, manage, and coordinate service and contract activities associated with assigned new and expanding commercial & industrial customers primarily but not limited to the Northern MS EML Region.
  • Interpret and discuss Rates, Riders & Terms & Conditions (commercial terms & responsibilities) as needed.
  • Drives customer service and revenue growth through goal driven work environment. Grow AGM with new and existing customers by capturing new and incremental sales opportunities of company products, services, and/or programs.
  • Facilitates all Entergy products and services sales with respective customer portfolio as applicable
  • Manage billing issues raised by customers by working with internal support teams as needed
  • Supports the EML Customer Service organization including but not limited to the areas of contract management, power quality and technical support, and key account management (KAM) initiatives
  • Provide technical support for complex customer operational and/or power quality issues, and coordination of planned and scheduled outages and response for unplanned outages to include the local Network, Distribution Operations Center and Transmission Control Center
  • One point of contact for storm prep, emergency and/or outage response.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred - Engineering degree and/or experience preferred.

Minimum experience required of the position
  • 7+ years
  • Preferred - experience in customer service, engineering, or operations.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
Preferred: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of utility rates, riders and commercial terms & conditions. Self-starter, with strong project management ability. Computer skills.
