Infant Lead Teacher Job at Lancaster Recreation Commission
Qualifications: Completion of an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field; state teaching certification, and two years’ work experience related to the care and development of Infants. We are currently offering a $1,000 sign on bonus.
Duties: Not limited to the following
* Create lesson plans that align with curriculum
* Order food and drinks based on attendance
* Communicates with staff and parents daily
* Oversees the operation of the classroom
* Participates in staff evaluations
* Ensures all staff members in room and abiding by all Department of Human Services Regulations and Keystone Stars standards
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
