What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager – Influencer and Strategic Partnership Manager

will manage our Influencer strategy through strong partnerships and activations with select influencers. This candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of influencer marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance with contracted obligations with each influencer. This individual would be proactive about networking and using internal connections to activate the Influencer program to drive strong ROI and be able to create transparent reporting on the success of each campaign. Influencers include, but are not limited to celebrity’s, social meda influencers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and strategic business partners. It will be this individuals responsibility to maximize all opportunities through driving new ideas, initiatives and activations.

Leading the strategic partnerships from the marketing side, this individual will be driving conversations to optimize key partnerships with Fountain Life and Fountain Health insurance.. This includes, but is not limited to, the Global Wellness Summit, Global Wellness Institute, and Lake Nona Impact Forum. This candidate must have strong networking, relationship building, leadership and have a strong ability to adapt.

What will you do?

This opportunity will be a key component of driving the Fountain Life Sales and Marketing Strategy. You will take ownership of the influencer program and support strategic partnerships, You will be relentless on measuring ROI, building efficiencies and helping to build the Fountain Life and Fountain Health Insurance brands. You will work closely with the Business Development team, internal marketing team, our partners and influencers to support the overall sales and marketing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Partnership and Influencers budgets and ensure all department spend is aligned with team forecasts

  • Manage and negotiate influencer contract negotiations and execution

  • Develop and maintain a measurable influencer marketing strategy that ladders up to company objectives.

  • Identify and build long term partnerships with influencers to drive consideration and conversion

  • Exceed targets across revenue, engagement, messaging and follower growth, working closely with the social media manager and other internal marketing team members

  • Manage influencer marketing forecast, budget, and optimizations based on business needs

  • Use data insights to effectively test and measure strategies

  • Pivot self-service analytics reporting up to the director of marketing, and use those insights to drive constant improvements

  • Drive creative ideas for influencers amongst the team – engaging with the team to execute creative and innovative ideas of how we work with Influencers

  • Develop and manage an Influencer calendar that we can leverage across all our social channels

  • This person will take an active role in managing the development of our strategic business initiatives

  • Review and create strategies to optimize all current partnerships as well as be constantly discovering new opportunities.

  • Supporting strategic partnership events, driving ideas and execution of successful activations based on pre-set measurables.

  • Demonstrate time management skills that enable on-time project delivery with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Drive partnerships, including, but not limited to Global Wellness Summit, Global Wellness Institute, and Lake Nona Impact Forum.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Six plus years of experience in Influencer Marketing

  • Ability to work on many concurrent activites simultaneously

  • Well-versed in influencer marketing reporting and delivering results to executive leadership

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills that mirror the brand voice

  • Previous experience building an influencer programs, including outside of social media

  • Experience supporting innovative marketing plans with defined objectives on a global scale

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail

  • Comfortable collaborating and working in cross functional settings

  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing tactics and proven relationships with influencers

  • Familiarity with influencer reporting and management platforms

  • Knowledgeable of trending in pop culture, fashion, and lifestyle landscape

  • BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • English, additional language(s) an advantage

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
