Ingredient & Bulk Material Automation Sales Engineer Job at AZO, Inc.

High dollar technical sales. You must have experience selling super-premium complex engineered systems to senior management at F1000, multinational CPG companies, EDCs, and executives at middle-market privately held food manufacturers. Our industry is highly competitive and you must excel at finding and closing new business, consultative selling, and value creation across large buying teams and lengthy sell cycles. You will have demonstrated experience working autonomously and willingness to travel 20% of the time including nationwide and international (Germany) travel and periodic home office visits in Memphis, TN.

An engineering degree, preferably mechanical, is required, as is project management experience, strong business acumen, comfort with accountability, and a focus on outcomes and results. We need you to earn >$125,000/year after industry familiarization. Doing so will require you to be comfortable talking detailed engineering details with corporate and plant engineers, ingredient and production planning with supply chain experts, and business accounting and strategy with executives.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
