Job Title: Inside Sales Assistant
Location: New Castle PA
Reports To: Team Leader

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop quotations and establish lead time, conduct order placement
• Establish rapport and ongoing customer relationships
• Expedite orders as needed
• Handle incoming sales calls with knowledge and professionalism
• Answer technical questions with assistance from production, as necessary

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment with customer support experience.
• Mechanical aptitude is highly beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills and proven ability to maintain high customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. (CRITICAL)
• Strong work ethic which includes the willingness to accept “ownership” of assigned tasks and to accept “accountability” for those tasks.
• Must be a team player able and work closely with other support personnel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks Enterprise and CRM software experience beneficial
