Inside Sales Job at Homaxi Inc
Responsibilities:
1. Approach and connect prospective clients with sales calls, andemails, and build a good and effective network and relationship with prospective clients.
2. Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
3. Cold calling and targeting potential customers to promote products, services, or tradeshows. Landing new accounts to meet all sales goals.
4. Assess and validate customers’ needs on a regular basis by presenting various selections of products and services. Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions. Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market and product trends.
6. Provide accurate information regarding pricing and availability of in-stock items to existing customers. Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
7. Operate as the inside support for regional sales managers on all matters related to accounts within the assigned territory. Collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment.
8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify and grow opportunities with accounts under the assigned territory.
9. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales analyses.
10. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
11. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelors' Degree in Business Admin, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience a plus
2. 1+ Years of Professional Experience in Sales. Experience in security system industry is highly desired
3. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally in written responses to emails and oral responses to calls
4. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Outlook)
5. Bilingual a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
