Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator - Direct Hire
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Location: Rolling Meadows
Work hour: 8:30am-5:30 pm ( Lunch 1 hour )
Salary: 35K-40K

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator. The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, emails
  • Enter orders into the main operating system, send order acknowledgments to customers.
  • Send shipment instructions to the warehouse, check open orders, check product availability.
  • Provide tracking information, inform the customer of estimated delivery dates.
  • Coordinate imports/domestic products with customer orders.
  • Create and file necessary documentation for the shipment of the company products to commercial invoice and packing slip.
Qualifications:
  • Entry-level candidates are Welcome! or 2 years of experience in clerical duties such as customer service, purchasing, scheduling, production control, materials management, and/or supply chain operations in a manufacturing or distribution industry is plus
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience of mainframe interfaced software is plus
