This position will be based at our Las Vegas location. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, long-term employee that will want to grow and develop within the company to join our team as Installation Technician.
Responsibilities will include:
- Installation of Simtech and other signage displays onsite, including pre-installation of wall, floor and ceiling brackets and support rods as per Engineering certifications.
- Possible overseas travel for large installation projects
- Clearly communicate and provide up to date progress on all installs with your Manager
- Carry out requested service calls, fault finding and display cleaning tasks
- Relay details, comments and concerns from Casino management back to Simtech management
- Be able to work successfully as part of a team and independently when required
- Be able to problem solve and offer solutions using various sign installation techniques
- Display strong attention to detail
- Display confidence to work at heights
- Able to perform lifting/carrying duties involved with signage installations
- Follow safety rules where needed, including OSHA standards
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all staff
- Follow company policy and procedures at all times
- Travel locally, inter-state and internationally in which the same job tasks still apply, which may require working outside of regular hours.
Minimum Experience and Skills:
- High quality of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and follow schedules and job paperwork
- Good communication skills
- Must be enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be able to work in a team-based environment
Minimum Education / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current US Driver’s License
- Forklift License desired
- Previous signage installation experience desired
