Allstate is partnering with a well-known Dealership to implement a full-service insurance agency in the Kansas City area. Have high value leads delivered to you daily in high volumes.

The position includes a base pay + commission/bonus.

Ideal candidates will be high-energy, customer-focused, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Establish individual and team sales goals.
• Coach/mentor team to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Previous management & Sales experience.
• Must have Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• Self-motivated.
• Detail oriented.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability/ willingness to work up to 6 days per week.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
