You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help clients & families navigate their options. We’ll provide the support network, training, and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. We also have LEADS, warm leads! Compensation:$125,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment setting, in-house or virtually, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
- Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
- Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
- Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
- Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills
- Help others do the same by sharing experiences
- No cold calling
- Expand income potential with annual reviews

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)
- Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options
- Willingness to participate in training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill
- Passion for contributing to a successful & ever-improving team
