We provide effective, evidence-based Behavioral Health services and partner with participants in their wellness journey. Our services include:
- Substance Use Disorder Services
- Inpatient Psychiatric Services
- Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Treatment Services
We are currently seeking a per diem Intake Worker.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To process all referrals as they pertain to Behavioral Medicine and Chemical Dependency admission via in person or by telephone. To obtain and review all information necessary to complete the registration processes expeditiously and ensures that the patient is aware of hospital policies and procedures. Works with and facilitates admissions throughout the facility as well as the Philadelphia Substance Abuse System. Transport employees, patients and lab specimens as needed.
Qualifications
2. At least two year’s experience in assessment - experience in healthcare admissions will be considered
3. Previous registration or admission experience preferred
4. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
