Job Summary: The Integration Finance and Reporting Analyst will support the financial analysis of new partnerships, including pre-closing financial projects, third-party quality of earnings analyses, and post-close analysis, ensuring a thorough and detailed review and understanding of the financial profile and projected performance of new partnerships. Job Summary: The Integration Finance and Reporting Analyst will support the financial analysis of new partnerships, including pre-closing financial projects, third-party quality of earnings analyses, and post-close analysis, ensuring a thorough and detailed review and understanding of the financial profile and projected performance of new partnerships.
How you’ll make an impact
:
Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.- Assist with managing and accessing the final work product from MVP’s third-party transaction advisory firm(s).
- Evaluate the financial impact of synergies expected to be realized following acquisition.
- Build detailed financial models to inform key stakeholders of possible outcomes in financial performance during the first year of MVP ownership.
- Participate in the due diligence and underwriting processes to ensure a thorough understanding of the target’s existing business.
- Effectively generate and communicate financial analysis in efficient and timely manner.
- Support MVP’s broader finance team to ensure smooth financial integrations of target veterinary hospitals.
- Work closely with the operations team to assist in financial projects and execute operational improvement initiatives.
- Assist and participate in cross functional teams and projects to ensure sufficient levels of return.
- Provide leadership toward additional value-added activities and support operational and departmental excellence.
- Constantly evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency.

- Ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing and highly motivated personality.
