Serve as Interim AVP of Research Administration in beautiful Marietta, Georgia.

The Position

• The Interim AVP of Research Administration will oversee a team of 6-8 direct reports, and 16 total FTEs for the Research Department.
• This leader will maintain relationships across the organization and provide their perspective on how to improve operations, efficiency, structure of the department.
• Seeking a candidate with hospital/healthcare research experience and a professional leadership style who can mentor and develop the staff.
• Hybrid position.
• Must be available to start within two weeks of acceptance.
