A Pennsylvania Health System is seeking their new Interim Manager, Social Work!

The Position

• The Interim Manager, Social Work, will have oversight over an assigned case load, including the supervision of approximately 30 FTEs.
• The Interim Manager will ensure that implemented processes are followed for discharge planning and will innovate strategies to lower the average length of stay.
• Will evaluate and improve opportunities and weaknesses surrounding the clinical resource management and will follow/maintain all current and new guidelines.
• Seeking a strong leader who will provide adequate support to team members and will hold the staff accountable for all standards that are in place.

Requirements

• Master in Social Work required.
