Location: Yazoo City, Mississippi
Schedule/Hours:
2023 PRN shifts
7:00 am 5:00 pm M-Thurs
Medical Setting: Outpatient
Call Requirements: No
Volume: 10 patients per day
Patient Ages: Adults
Types of Cases:
Oversee/provide patient-centered, comprehensive, primary care services at the Health & Wellness Center including:
Performing episodic, preventive, and/or primary healthcare
Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and Medical Lead Physician
Conducting physical exams, health-risk assessments, and history reviews
Procedures: I&D Joint Injections Women's Health - Pap Smear / STD Testing - Biopsy - however, not required
Support Staff: Certified Medical Assistant - will have another physician in the network they can call for assistance
EMR/Charting: Athena
Reason for Need: Last-minute call-outs due to sickness
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
