We are currently interviewing for NICE, EXPERIENCED, and PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE INTERNAL SERVICE ADVISOR to handle used car internal repair orders and new car PDI repair orders (work with our internal team and not with customers). This is a new position that we are creating to handle our large used car inventory. This position will work with our Used Car Manager and our Service Department. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who has automotive service experience that wants to grow and gain experience as a Service Advisor.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

We do have some items we are looking for:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Positive Attitude
• Strong Work Ethic
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Strong understanding of the parts and service department
• Computer competencies (keyboard, office suite, etc.)
• You must be a solution-oriented person
• DMS Skills (We use DealerTrack)
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Proven Organizational Skills
• You must like people and be nice to others
• Whatever Needs to be Done Attitude
