New Story Schools in OH is seeking a qualified Intervention Specialist to apply the principles of behavior science in the execution of all duties associated with supervision and development of outreach staff. District Consultants must build and maintain relationships with parents and districts. District Consultants must complete administrative tasks and practice positive and professional behavior during all daily interactions. This position will work in district at Cambridge and Byesville schools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply the principles of behavior science to supervise and manage staff
- Coordinate daily staff assignments
- Implement accountability systems for staff outputs and behaviors
- Apply the principles of behavior science to develop staff
- Attend continuing education and professional development trainings
- Train staff
- Coach staff
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and outside professionals
- Parent relationships
- District relationships
- Related therapy professional relationships
- Complete administrative duties
