WALMART INVENTORY ASSOCIATE (Travel Team)

The Situation:

Walmart has teamed up with OSL to count inventory in Walmart locations across the country. And we’re growing at light-speed which is why we are now hiring Inventory Associates. Have fun while counting inventory and be the first to know when new merchandise arrives.

Here’s where you come in:

Do you have a passion for inventory? Are you detail-oriented and meticulous with ensuring accuracy with your work? And do you love to travel? Then we want to talk to you! This is your chance to grow with us and take the next big step in your career.

You’ll do this by:

• Provide a Positive Attitude – Be Detail Focused and Customer Service Oriented with a Competitive Can-Do Personality and Have Fun!
• Be efficient with counting inventory within your assigned department(s) with accuracy

• Ability to work a flexible schedule with traditional and non-traditional hours. The greater your availability the more $$$ you can earn.
• Ability to travel and do overnight stays throughout the region. Transportation and hotel accommodations provided, must be willing to share a room.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• No previous inventory experience necessary, we are looking for individuals with outstanding attitudes, willingness to learn and grow who want to a part of an excellent team.

Good thing you have what it takes:

• You are 18 years or older

• Able to complete the following physical activities with or without reasonable accommodations:
  • Stand/Walk/Bend/Kneel for extended periods of time (frequent)
  • Lift or move up to 50lbs (occasionally)
  • Ability to climb and work on 2-3 stepladder
  • Ability to read and interact with touchscreen and 10-key pad (constant)
• 10/10 customer service and communication skills and a high-energy, positive attitude
