Inventory Control Clerk Job at IMPACT EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS
· Compiles data from sources such as purchase orders, invoices, and accounting reports and enters information into computer to maintain inventory
· Process all requests from auditors regarding costs, receiving and inventory
· Makes inventory adjustments in computer as necessary
· Processes and/or approves invoices for payment
· Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures
· Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
· Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
· Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure
· Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone, and directs to appropriate person
· Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system
