Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • To lead and maintain CNH Industrial cultural beliefs of Customer First, Growing Together, One Team, Making it Simple, and Being the Best.
  • Administers inventory control procedures, Ensuring adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy.
  • Manage, lead and assist in the development of standard work instructions and practices. Create and manage auditing functions for inventory control. Set guardrails and guidelines for issue escalation through internal and external teams.
  • Tracking/Reporting - Facilitates and owns Inventory Control metrics through internal and 3PL operations. Create clear and concise reports to track and share KPI's over time. Ensure Materials and Finance teams have up to date and accurate information.
  • Labor planning and scheduling of inventory control staff - Ensure all activities are completed timely, as labor availability and priorities change, utilizing all personnel effectively. Includes prioritizing and delegating ad hoc requests in cooperation with warehouse operations personnel.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence - Identify and resolve root causes of inventory losses, working with cross-functional partners to problem solve and implement preventive measures. Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
  • SOx compliance - Effectively perform controls such as Inventory report review, open delivery route aging and reconciliation reports and 100% monthly cycle count completion.
  • Training of the inventory team.
  • Works closely with Materials and Logistics Managers on inventory related projects such as Process Control, RF, Systems Reporting and other transformational projects.
  • Minimize inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices
  • Other duties as assigned.
The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $85,000 plus overtime
( Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) .
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Candidates enrolled in a engineering degree program with co-op or internship experience will be considered.)
  • 4 or more years of manufacturing experience
  • 1 year of supervisory/management experience
OR
  • Associate degree
  • 7 or more years of manufacturing experience
  • 4 years of supervisory/management experience.
OR
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 9 or more years of manufacturing experience,
  • 6 years of supervisory/management experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem -solving capabilities.
  • Ability to think independently.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • General working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and lean manufacturing tools.
