North Georgia Inventory Coordinator
Boswell Oil Company is a dynamic growth-oriented distributor of branded lubricants and unbranded fuels to wholesale, retail, and commercial end-user markets throughout Georgia. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator for our facility located in Athens, GA.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Order all lube products
- Receive incoming purchase orders and transfers into the system
- Periodic spot counting of inventory
- Month-end count coordination. First point of contact for inventory count support for the respective region.
- Review over/short reports
- Setup and maintain bin locations in the system
- Setup and maintain min/maxes in the system
- Enter transfers and repacks into the system
- Maintain a solid understanding of inventory SOP and communicate observed exceptions to the general manager.
- Assist with warehouse layouts and overall organization
- Assist with fuel inventory management when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Experience with inventory preferred
- Ability to adapt promptly to any change in working conditions and to get any problems resolved without delay
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
