We are looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist with opportunity to grow within this fast paced company. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
This position requires you to be the single point of contact for anything inventory related. You will encounter these responsibilities everyday:
- Receiving: Managing labor on container unloads filled with inventory. Confirming inbound inventory and accuracy on container pick list. Storing and moving inventory into designated warehouse/areas. Adding confirmed inventory onto inventory sheets.
- Compliance/Organization: Maintaining strict guides on inventory organization and placement within warehouse.
- Accuracy: Managing accuracy of inventory levels by cycle counts every week or two weeks. Confirming inventory pick lists for inbound inventory and on-order.
- Inquiries: Assisting warehouse team in finding inventory for outbound orders. Confirming remaining inventory for ordering processing team.
- Technology: Experience with inventory management software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of inventory management with software.
- MS Excel, Word, E-mail.
- Speak English and Spanish
- Past experience in learning and understanding of part numbers.
- Total respect to all team members under all circumstances.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
